Holdexer is a non-custodial hardware wallet device designed to securely store cryptocurrency private keys offline. It's a physical device that keeps your private keys safe from online threats.
Important: Holdexer does not provide trading, exchange, or custodial services. You maintain full control of your digital assets.

Does Holdexer offer trading or exchange services?

No. Holdexer is strictly a hardware device for storing private keys. We do not provide:
- Cryptocurrency trading or exchange services
- Custodial wallet services
- Buy/sell functionality
- Price charts or market data
The device is designed solely for secure offline storage of your private keys.
How secure is Holdexer?

Holdexer uses multiple layers of security:

What happens if I lose my Holdexer device?

If you lose your device, your funds are safe as long as you have your 24-word recovery seed phrase. You can use this seed phrase to restore your wallet on a new Holdexer device or any compatible wallet.
Critical: Your recovery seed is the ONLY way to recover your funds if you lose your device. Store it securely offline and never share it with anyone.
Can Holdexer access my private keys or funds?

No. Holdexer cannot access your private keys or funds. Our device is non-custodial, meaning:
- Private keys are generated and stored only on your device
- Holdexer never sees or stores your keys
- We cannot recover, reset, or access your wallet
- You have complete control and responsibility
What should I do with my recovery seed?

Best practices for your recovery seed:
- Write it down on the provided recovery sheet (never digitally)
- Store it in a secure, offline location (safe, safety deposit box)
- Never share it with anyone, including Holdexer support
- Consider making multiple backup copies in different secure locations
- Never enter it on a computer, phone, or website
- Protect it from fire and water damage
How do I set up my Holdexer wallet?

Setting up your Holdexer is simple:
- Connect the device to your computer using the USB-C cable
- Follow the on-screen instructions to set a PIN
- Write down your 24-word recovery seed phrase
- Verify your recovery seed on the device
- Your wallet is ready to use

How do I update the firmware?

Firmware updates are released periodically to add features and improve security. To update:
- Connect your device to a computer
- Open the Holdexer application
- If an update is available, you'll be prompted to install it
- Follow the on-screen instructions
Important: Only download firmware from official Holdexer sources. Your funds remain safe during updates.
What is the shipping time?

Orders are typically processed within 24 hours. Shipping times vary by location:
- United States: 3-5 business days
- Canada: 5-7 business days
- Europe: 7-10 business days
- Other regions: 10-15 business days
You'll receive a tracking number once your order ships.
What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy for unopened devices in original packaging. For security reasons, opened devices cannot be returned. Please contact support at contact@holdexer.us.com for return authorization.
